Then and Now:
Mike worked part time for John Watson at "The Comic Shop" in San Leandro, California from 1983 (Mike's freshman year in high school) until he graduated in 1986. During that time he sold at local conventions, bought a lot of comics, made friends with many Bay Area store owners (and employees), and learned as much as he could about running a comic book store. Mike saved money and bought lots of new comics with hopes of opening his own store. That time came in 1990. In January he stopped working and began looking for a storefront he could call his own (while getting merchandise ready to sell). After a few disappointments he settled on a spot just a half a block from the current location that has now been the home to Crush Comics since July, 1993.
Then and Now:
Josh has worked at Crush since 2003. He recently recieved his AA Degree in Visual Communications. He is really good at killing zombies "With Just The Knife." He also designed this site, so if it sucks, it's his fault.

Then and Now:
Sal has been with Crush since 2007. He's forgotten more about music than you'll probably ever know, but don't worry, he's not a jerk about it.
